We currently only deliver within Europe and the UK. If you live outside of Europe you can contact us to arrange for us to deliver to you.
Parcels are sent out 2-5 working days after placing your order . For a guide on when your order will arrive please refer to your region in the list below.

United Kingdom
FREE delivery on all orders within U.K mainland for a limited time only
Your parcel should arrive within 2-14 days after placing your order.
Europe
All orders outside mainland UK (Europe) are charged at £7.00 p&p.
Your parcel should arrive within 7-18 days after placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE : Overseas deliveries can be subject to import duties and taxes, which unfortunately we have no control over and you will need to pay these when you receive your order.
If you have not received your parcel within the times given to the relevance of your region please contact us immediately at marcisboutique@gmail.com or via our contact page and we will contact the postal service.
Postal Payments
If you are paying by cheque please note we will only send out your goods once the correct amount on the cheque has been cleared, so please allow for a longer delivery than if you are paying via PayPal.
We can not accept any responsibility for payments lost in the post, so please ensure you use the safest delivery method available for sending payments and keep all postal receipts.
Refund Policy Online shopping is great...except for one thing, you cant just pop in the dressing room to try things on. There for we do offer refunds on items depending on the reason for return.
You must contact us first via the contact page or by email at marcisboutique@gmail.com You must contact us within 5 days after receiving your order , stating the product name,price,and reason for return. Once we have replied you may send back the item in its original state. The item must be clean,unwashed and undamaged in order for us to be able to refund you.

Shopping at Marcis' safety and security
At Marcis' we provide safe and secure online shopping with PayPal. You will see the PayPal icon and button when you go to check out. We understand shopping online can be nerve racking at times so we want to make you feel as comfortable and safe as possible when shopping at Marcis' in the knowledge you are paying through PayPal. We never see or store your details as all payments are dealt with via PayPal.
Does anyone suffer for the Marcis business to grow?
Bags, accessories and clothing sold through Marcis' are either handmade or altered by me (marcia), other items may be recycled,vintage or second hand. The recycled fabrics we use often come from places where the money is going towards a good cause or via our customers through our donate page. The vintage fabrics come from small local businesses who deal in vintage clothing and fabrics or occasionally through my family members or via customers through our donate page.
Our products are of good quality and we aim to raise awareness that we don't need to be wasting or throwing things out when so many things can be recycled including your clothes and any goodies you may find no use for anymore. If your bored of something, funk it up, change the style...We don't need to be throwing things out and buying from mainstream stores where people have to suffer for what you wear. It's truly amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it, and if you don't fancy making things out of recycled items then that's what Marcis' Boutique is for...we will do it for you. In the simplest ways you can reduce your carbon foot print...do some thing good for yourself, and the planet!
